How to Present an Offer
Offer Presentation Procedure for REO Properties
1) Offer must be submitted on a CAR (California Association of Realtors) Contract
2) Offer must contain a pre-approval or pre-qual dated within the last 30 days
3) Submit a copy of Deposit Check for the amount of Earnest Money Deposit
4) Allow at least 3 BUSINESS days for offer response time
5) If there is a remark in private section of MLS printout that indicates "special requirements" please EMAIL Nancy for these before sending an offer
6) Fax offer to 408.904.7408 or EMAIL to nancy.vanegas@att.net (please ONLY email if your attachment is less than 1MB)
