2. Offers must be on a CAR (California Association or Realtors) Contract ONLY.
3. Please include a Cover Sheet with all contact information: Name, Cell or Phone Number and E-mail address.
4. Submit a copy of Deposit Check for the amount of Earnest Money Deposit.
5. Allow at least 3 BUSINESS days for offer response time.
6. If there is a remark in the private section of MLS “special requirements” please
e-mail Gina at gina@foreclosurefamily.com for these before sending an offer.
