Name, Address, BEST contact phone number and email address
3. Offers must be on a CAR (California Association or Realtors) Contract ONLY.
4. Offer MUST have a pre-qualification or pre-approval that includes contact name and number.
5. Copy of Ernest Money Deposit Check
Note: If there is a remark in the private section of MLS “special requirements” please
